{"id":106,"date":"2010-03-21T11:35:22","date_gmt":"2010-03-21T10:35:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.karate-shitoryu.com\/ToWP\/2010\/03\/21\/entrenament\/"},"modified":"2010-03-21T11:35:22","modified_gmt":"2010-03-21T10:35:22","slug":"entrenament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.karate-shitoryu.com\/ToWP\/2010\/03\/21\/entrenament\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrenament AEKKT-TKFI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest dissabte 20 de mar\u00e7 de 2010 hem dut a terme un entrenament for\u00e7a concorregut, \u00e9s el previ al proper examen de graus de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3, el proper dissabte 27 a les 10 comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 l&#8217;examen per tots els cinturons blancs, blanc-groc, grocs, alguns taronges-verd, alguns verds (els interessats ja han estat convocats).<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a l&#8217;entrenament a primera hora van venir 42 alumnes i a l&#8217;hora dels grans van assistir 16.
